We specialise in customised software development. No system is too small or too big for us. We have created systems ranging from once-off Pocket PC or Palm software to large-scale automated systems with ongoing maintenance agreements. While our speciality is to design and implement custom-made systems, over the years we have accumulated a number of products that may be just right for you with little or no alteration. We create our products on Microsoft® operating systems on PCs or hand-held devices. Some of our products may optionally utilise special hardware components. LAPacking System LAPacking system has been designed to cater for the needs of the producers, packers and sellers of fresh fruits and vegetables, although it can be used for other products as well. It includes automatic weight capturing, barcode printing, stock control, and payment tracking. It is a flexible system that can be customised for your needs. It also has a WAN communication subsystem to syncronise the data at different locations. CarParking POS System The Casual CarPark POS system is an all-in-one solution for car parks. Upon entry to the car park, the driver gets a ticket. Upon exit, this ticket is processed and the fee is automatically calculated. Depending on the configuration, the ticket is either inserted into the validator, or its barcode is scanned. The system also provides financial and statistical reports on car park activity. The POS keyboard is fully programmable and allows a number of features such as user defined fixed fees; miscellaneous fee keys where operator can enter amount; cancel and void keys; lost ticket key; store allocation, store discount, open drawer, open boom gate, receipt on/off keys, etc. Mobile CarParking System The Handheld PC (H/PC) version of the Carpark system is an all-in-one solution for open space or temporary car parks where no facilities exist to install the main Carpark version. It is simple and compact. In the default configuration, when a car enters the car park, a ticket is printed with a barcode and given to the driver. When a car exits the car park, the ticket barcode is scanned, and the fee is automatically calculated. Cancellation of last ticket or any receipt are allowed, and at the end of a shift the End of Shift report is printed. It is also possible to configure the POS, for example to allow the fee to be paid at entry, or to specify whether permanent entries are to be counted, etc., via the Admin menu. The fee structure can also be entered or modified. An administration password is needed to perform this function. This package comes with a Handheld PC, a printer, and a cable to connect the two. Nursing Homes Payroll System The Nursing Homes Payroll system is that part of the system where you can enter the employee information; prepare rosters; either automatically gather the timesheet information via our ticket machine or manually enter the timesheet information; and make automatic or individual payments as required. Livestock Drafting System  The Drafting System has been designed to keep track of the livestock and its history, and for automatic drafting of the animals based on selected criteria. The system is also capable of accepting standalone transactions. Each animal is recorded in the system with details such as its RF tag, visual tag, date of birth, type, group, weight, etc. During drafting if a new animal is detected it is automatically entered into the system with its RF tag and weight. Other details can be entered on the spot or at a later time. Database tables such as livestock, drafting criteria, groups, batches etc. can be easily edited by authorised users. Anybody can operate the drafting system; however editing database tables requires an authorised user to log on - to ensure the integrity of the system. During drafting the details of the animals are automatically updated. They are also logged and can then be analysed in terms of weight history, group history, vaccination history etc. Details including medical transactions can also be entered manually.
